Time for some transparency – I have trained for 10 years – Never used drugs (but have been tempted) – Eat healthy nutrient dense foods 75-80% – Drink plenty of water – Train between 4-6 times a week – Have competed several times – Sleep at least 8hrs every night – This is me relaxed deadlift session – I have cystic fibrosis – I was underweight for most of childhood and teenage years – I love superheroes – I am a stubborn man These are just a handful of things that have contributed to the image you see.
Burger King, McDonalds, pub food, sweets, popcorn, Indian. All in the last 3 days. I don't get bent out of shape when I eat like this. Think about it this way you have 3-4 meals a day which are healthy and nutritious. You have that say 7 times a week with maybe 2 or maybe 3 cheeky meals. That's still 21-28 good meals minus 2-3 cheeky meals. Do you think you are going to regress on those 2-3 meals?? No! #eating #monday #moderation #nutrition #balance #cheekymeals

Sometimes I forget about my Cystic fibrosis! I have gotten into the mind set that I don't even have it. I do not let it hinder my goals or my results. I remove it as an excuse. BUT I then get a reality check like this cold/cough I have and I remember that I have this illness. It scares me if I am totally honest. I need to check myself before I indeed wreck myself. Focus on what I can do to make myself better. Focus on how fortunate I am to be as healthy as I am. Some people aren't so lucky. (I use the word Luck but it's actually a lot of hard work). Anyway hope everyone has a great Sunday and rest of the week! ??
You have to adapt! I have been having issues with my left trap/shoulder/elbow recently. Meaning I cannot perform a lot of my favourite movements to the same level as I could before.
